My task was to create or source art and artifacts for a new opening bakery. I began by curating "brand stories" per room in the bakery and planned out a balance of art, illustrations, photography & artifacts to tell the stories; thoughtfully placing assets that would support the brand. Key contributions were custom designed art, sourced art photographers & negotiated licensing, sourced artifacts, directed placement through a floor plan layout and on-site management.
